o We have owned Real Estate from Detroit to Port Huron

We have expanded our business in REO / Real Estate Foreclosures
o We find properties and wholesale them to investors
o We work with Cash Investors on joint venture with us on projects to retail
o We work with Real Estate Investors who are looking for turn key approach
o We are good at finding deals and turning them

We advanced our business by utilizing processes & systems in place to make our job easier
